Telle est la conviction port\u00e9e par ce livre qui place l\u2019inventivit\u00e9 du spectateur au c\u0153ur de l\u2019analyse. Chacun y est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 aiguiser son regard, \u00e0 devenir plus autonome, en d\u00e9veloppant une relation personnelle aux \u0153uvres. Isabelle Ginot et Philippe Guisgand exposent les enjeux de l\u2019\u00ab analyse d\u2019\u0153uvres \u00bb en danse. En l\u2019inscrivant au sein d\u2019un champ plus vaste de pens\u00e9e critique, ils dressent un \u00e9tat des lieux des mod\u00e8les qui sous-tendent les pratiques existantes. Ils exposent surtout les partis pris de leur d\u00e9marche : une approche fond\u00e9e sur la perception du spectateur, dynamique et multir\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9e. Une exp\u00e9rience singuli\u00e8re et globale, \u00e0 la fois sensible et cognitive. Leur \u00ab bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils \u00bb constitue le c\u0153ur du livre. Pour engager le dialogue avec les \u0153uvres, ils proposent deux voies d\u2019entr\u00e9e. Une premi\u00e8re, tourn\u00e9e vers le regardeur, rassemble des outils et des situations pour explorer les effets de la proposition artistique sur sa perception. La seconde rassemble des outils qui s\u2019inspirent des pratiques des danseurs et notamment des cycles <em>Resources<\/em>, <em>Scores<\/em>, <em>Valuactions<\/em> et <em>Performance<\/em> d\u2019Anna et Lawrence Halprin. L\u2019analyse d\u2019\u0153uvres est abord\u00e9e par la notion de ressource, par le biais de partitions (de regard, d\u2019\u00e9criture ou de recherche) et l\u2019\u00e9laboration de performances qui sont autant de protocoles, de jeux, d\u2019exp\u00e9riences permettant d\u2019explorer les relations possibles avec les cr\u00e9ations. Enfin, le livre met en lumi\u00e8re les diff\u00e9rents usages sociaux et politiques de l\u2019analyse. Car \u00e9crire sur la danse, d\u00e9battre des \u0153uvres et dialoguer avec elles sont autant de moyens d\u2019innover au sein d\u2019autres pratiques (ateliers du spectateur, \u00e9chauffements, m\u00e9diations, conf\u00e9rences, performances, accompagnements \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation, etc.).
