Im Unterschied zu den Heften 1 bis 3 von Tanz & Archiv, die sich vor allem mit Strategien der Auseinandersetzung mit Historie befasst haben, geht es in Heft 4 um eine thematische Argumentation innerhalb eines bestimmten historischen Zeitabschnitts, n\u00e4mlich um die Verhandlung von Geste und Affekt im 18. Jahrhundert. Auch sie findet innerhalb der beiden Koordinaten Derra de Moroda Dance Archives und zeitgen\u00f6ssische Tanzwissenschaft statt.<\/p>\n

Mit \u201aQuellenforschung’, theoretischer’ und \u201apraxeologischer Tanzwissenschaft’ interagieren drei Referenzsysteme f\u00fcr die Re-Perspektivierung von Geste und Affekt im 18. Jahrhundert \u2013 Referenzsysteme, die sich in den Untersuchungsbereichen \u201eProgramme entwerfen\u201c und \u201eIn Szene setzen\u201c entfalten. Als Protagonisten der \u2013 prozessorientierten \u2013 Untersuchungen fungieren Jean Georges Noverre und Gasparo Angiolini. beide sind als Theoretiker in die \u201emaster narratives\u201c der Tanzgeschichtsschreibung eingegangen. Auch der Blick der AutorInnen von Tanz & Archiv 4 richtet sich auf die von Noverre und Angiolini geforderte Ballettreform, wenn auch unter einer anderen, noch wenig beleuchteten Pr\u00e4misse: Diskutiert werden die Eigenschaften und Funktionen von Noverre und Angiolini als Theatermacher. Die an bislang kaum bearbeiteten Quellen (u.a. zu Agamemnon veng\u00e9 und Citera assediata) orientierten Forschungen thematisieren Beispiele szenarimpliziter und inszenatorischer Bedingungen des Tanztheater-Machens in der zweiten H\u00e4lfte des 18. Jahrhunderts. Dies geschieht sowohl in Diskursen zur \u00e4sthetischen Identit\u00e4t von Geste und Affekt als auch durch deren Erprobung \u201ain actu’ und \u201ain motu’: Alle drei Ann\u00e4herungen versuchen, die Qualit\u00e4t des theatralen Ereignisses zu re-konstruieren.<\/p>\n
