Plasticien, dessinateur, actionniste, essayiste, \u00e9crivain, photographe, chroniqueur, humoriste, etc., il fut de toutes les aventures underground les plus radicales : cofondateur des groupes antiart Hi-Red Center et Neodada Organizers, il fut un animateur de l&#8217;\u00e9cole d&#8217;art alternative Bigakk\u014d. Il collabora avec Hijikata Tatsumi \u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts et mena une activit\u00e9 fr\u00e9n\u00e9tique jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 sa mort. Il fut l&#8217;un des rares acteurs de l&#8217;underground japonais \u00e0 gagner une grande popularit\u00e9 par ses \u00e9crits et publications. Il cr\u00e9a le concept pataphysique de <em>Tomason<\/em> dans les ann\u00e9es 1970, cr\u00e9ant un courant anartistique alternatif d&#8217;observation des paradoxes du paysage urbain qui fut perp\u00e9tu\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 nos jours par ses suivants.
