“Since my arrival in France in 2022, I organise collective breakfasts: an invitation to spend time together, an act that is part of the ordinary within everyday life. You come with what you wish to eat and share. We meet to enchant the table, we’re getting out of it stronger, «bucho cheio», as we say in north-east of Brazil”.  

For this encounter in the middle of the table, the Brazilian choreographer and dancer Ametonyo Silva shares his various writing practices which play an important role in his choreographic research. His writings roam and migrate between mouth, arms, feet, notebooks, zines, mappings. Ametonyo invites us to eat together and exchange around graphic matter-objects and moving publications, especially those that have emerged during his studies for the Montpellier ICI—CCN exerce master program.
