On November 13 & 14, Agnès will be teaching as part of the Exerce master program, led by CCN Occitanie and Paul-Valéry university, in Montpellier.

Over the course of two days (next session in May 2026), she will share the practice of Moving words in space, a dialogue between dance improvisation and language acquisition, with the M1.

In what way can an unknown or unfamiliar language start making sense while we’re moving? How can it resonate within the body and initiate a dance? This practice offers an ongoing dialogue between movement and words as they’re starting to find their shape within the body and throughout space.

During these work sessions, we’ll especially focus on English and French, the languages spoken at the Exerce master, but we will also invite all other languages that are living within each one of us, welcoming and accepting the friction between languages… Becoming familiar with, or diving into a language, while nourishing a dancing state.
