Jump’n Turn XXL, at Roaillan school (near Bordeaux)

Jump’n Turn XXL project invites a whole school to learn English through movement and includes a sharing of experience between classes. It is an immersive poject, during which Agnès works with each class during several sessions. On Januray 20th 2026, a performative gathering with all the children will end the project.

Jump’n Turn XXL is meant for small size schools and it takes place over several weeks (a minimum of 7 sessions of 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes long). 

Roaillan school is a small school in a rural environment, near Bordeaux. It is involved in the educational approach C.L.I.L (Content and Language Integrated Learning). In 2023-24, two 4th and 5th grade teachers participated in Jump’n Turn workshop, in collaboration with la Manufacture CDCN. This year, the project is led by Books on the Move. Agnès comes back to Roaillan to teach Jump’n Turn in each class so that to initiate a collective energy focusing on learning English through movement, including children, teachers and school staff members.
