PAYMENT OPTIONS
All orders, except for pick ups in our Bordeaux office or on festivals, must be paid in advance.
• Bank transfer payment
You will receive a confirmation order by email with all our bank details. When doing the bank transfer, please do not forget to mention your order number. We will take care of your order as soon as we receive your payment.
Please note that all bank fees for payment outside the EU remain at your charge.
• Bank card payment
All bank card payment are done via Stripe’s software and APIs. For more information: here
• Checks
As soon as you receive your confirmation order, please make a check to Books on the Move and send it to the following address: Books on the Move, 43 rue des Douves, 33800 Bordeaux, France. Please make sure to write your order number at the back of the check. We will send your order as soon as we receive the check. Please note, only French checks are accepted.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are sent within 24 to 48 hours after the payment has been received. When Books on the Move is on the road, we are not always able to ship your order right away, but we will contact you by email. Please take note that delivery time depends on local shipping regulations, post offices and bank holidays. On a regular basis, delivery time is 48 hour within France, 3 to 4 days within Europe with a tracking number and between 10 to 15 days without a tracking number.
