Nurturing a state of dance – Weekend with Agnès Benoit

What makes us move? What makes us dance? Letting oneself being moved by a dance as it is taking shape in our body. Enjoying a dance still invisible. Listening to a dance eyes closed. Observing a dance far away or nearby and inviting oneself in.

This weekend of exploration is an invitation to slow down, to settle, to simply arrive, here and now. We will let ourselves be guided by the micro-movements of life, as a solo, duet or group formation. We will welcome all these dances in the process of coming into being. We’ll address physical contact and its porosity, where touching and being touched enter in an ongoing dialogue.

Open to all.

Weekend price : 120€ + annual membership 20 € (Centre Lafaurie) + room & board (please contact Centre Lafaurie to know the exact price)
Saturday 10.17.26 – 10a.m.-1p.m & 3-6p.m.
Sunday 10.18.26 – 9a.m.-12p.m & 2-5p.m.
