Each card offers a way of moving to stimulate your warm-up, to surprise your habitual approaches, to generate new movement material and to widen your perceptual field.
Playing with the active/passive dynamic, some cards invite you to first receive and become aware of your condition and your environment, while others invite you to first express your condition by ‘placing’ or ‘putting a movement in the space’. Others engage with the dynamics of proportion as well as point, line and angle and transition/position.
You can also use them with friends, students, at conferences or with project colleagues.
